Please join Orchard Hill Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center for a drive-thru “Trunk or Treat” Halloween celebration on Saturday, Oct. 29. The event will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. in the parking lot of the skilled nursing facility, located at 111 West Road in Towson.
