TOWSON - For the second consecutive week, students and staff at Towson High School can expect a heavy police presence around campus.

The Baltimore County school has received two threats in two weeks, leading to concerns from parents and extra officers at the school.

According to investigators, neither threat was credible, and the increased secrurity is out of “an abundance of caution.”

Towson High School, BCPS, and Baltimore County Police officials will hold a virtual meeting on Wednesday to discuss the threats to school safety.

That meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. You can click here to register for the meeting.
