The Harford County Sheriff’s Office Announced on Thursday that they had arrested 42-year-old James Wise of Towson in connection to a fatal shooting in Edgewood.
Police say they responded to the 2800 block of Majesty Lane around 5:12 p.m. on Tuesday, December 20. Officers found 46-year-old Kisha Blackwell in her driveway, suffering from a gunshot wound. Paramedics took Blackwell to a local trauma center, where she died at 4:13 p.m. on Wednesday.
Police identified Wise as a suspect in the shooting, and a manhunt ensued. Wise eluded police for nearly 48 hours until he was found and arrested at a gas station in Hanover, Pennsylvania, just after midnight on Thursday, according to police.
According to the Harford County Sheriff’s office, Wise is in Pennsylvania custody and awaiting extradition to Harford County for prosecution.
Court records show that Wise filed for divorce from Blackwell earlier this year, and their divorce hearing was scheduled for March 9.
Wise also is facing stalking and harassment charges in Harford County for a previous incident and has a restraining order placed on him for domestic violence, according to court records.
I can’t believe these are our ‘leaders’. Drugs deals on every corner and in every parking lot. Johnny Clueless so concerned about low income earners, when they live better than the middle class. Garbage bags littered everywhere by mostly the people Johnny ‘entitled’ to county houses.
My concern about some of the logic being used here is that the problem isn't the plastic bags.
Let's talk about the people who are doing the littering. Full garbage bags placed on the streets and sideways. Garbage being thrown from cars and trucks. Pedestrians walking and eating..than throwing garbage on the ground. Dog walkers not picking up after their dogs. Etc..
