Baltimore County Police Investigate Shooting At Parkville Shopping Center

BALTIMORE COUNTY - A woman was injured in a shooting late Sunday night near a Parkville shopping center, according to police.

Police responded to reports of a shooting at the crossroads of Perring Parkway and East Joppa Road, shortly before midnight, on Sunday. After arriving on the scene, police discovered a woman suffering from a gunshot wound to the lower body.

According to officials, the injured woman was promptly transported to a nearby hospital, and her condition is reported as stable.

The site of the shooting lies in close proximity to two shopping centers, namely, North Plaza Shopping Center and Perring Plaza Shopping Mall.

Baltimore County Police have yet to make an arrest in connection with this case, and authorities are conducting an ongoing investigation.
