TOWSON - Pet+E.R., an established emergency veterinary clinic in Towson, has relocated to Cockeysville.

The clinic, which has been situated at its Cromwell Bridge Road address within the Luskin's Hill shopping center since 2003, made the announcement on Monday.

According to its website, Pet+E.R. originally opened in 1986 on York Road. The animal hospital added a second location in Columbia in 2016. Known as the "sole certified veterinary emergency and critical care center in Maryland," the clinic's new address will be 10626 York Road in Cockeysville, approximately 10 miles from the current location.

The hospital explained the move in a Facebook post, stating, "Regrettably, our current facility became too small some time ago. We spent two years seeking larger premises, including various spots in the Towson area but were unable to find a place that met the requirements of our team and the animals we care for. Our search was both meticulous and comprehensive."
