TOWSON, MD - Court Towers, an eight-story office and retail building prominently located at 210 West Pennsylvania Avenue in Downtown Towson, has a new owner.
The building, which sits on a generous acre of land and offers around 140,000 square feet of office and retail space, was recently acquired by Mid-Atlantic Properties, Inc.
One of Court Towers' primary attractions is its prime location in Towson's downtown area. It offers tenants and visitors easy access to retail outlets, eateries, and neighboring residential areas. Furthermore, the property boasts a range of amenities, such as a full-time lobby receptionist, security personnel, a well-appointed fitness center, and a Nalley Fresh establishment on the ground floor. Notably, the building's location across Pennsylvania Avenue places it directly opposite the Baltimore County Courthouse, adding to its convenience.
Under the new ownership, plans are already underway for significant upgrades. Mid-Atlantic Properties aims to revamp individual suites and introduce renovations to the Court Towers' interior and exterior, targeting the lobby and shared spaces for a refreshed look.
