Three Found Dead In Towson Residence: Double Murder-Suicide Suspected

TOWSON - On Friday, three individuals were found dead in a Towson home - according to Baltimore County Police, the incident appears to have been a double murder-suicide.

Officials identified Yogesh H. Nagarajappa (37), Prathiba Y. Amarnath (37), and Yash Honnal (6) as the deceased. They are believed to be a family unit consisting of a husband, wife, and son.

Police found the family at a home on the 1000 block of Kenilworth Drive after conducting an “urgent welfare check” around noon on Friday.

According to police, initial evidence points towards Mr. Nagarajappa taking the lives of his family members before ending his own.

On Saturday, Baltimore County Police spokesperson Anthony Shelton stated that all three victims suffered gunshot wounds.
