Baltimore County Police Investigate Fatal Collision Involving Pedestrian On Dulaney Valley Road

TOWSON - A fatal pedestrian accident occurred at the intersection of E. Seminary Road and Dulaney Valley Road on Sunday, according to the Baltimore County Police Department.

Officers responded to reports of an accident around 9:23 a.m. on Sunday following reports of a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian.

Upon arrival, officers found that 57-year-old Mary Beth Green had been hit by a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 traveling in the eastbound direction.

Police said Green was crossing the street with another pedestrian when the crash took place. Both the driver of the Dodge Ram and the other pedestrian involved remained at the scene.

Green was rushed to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead just before 10:00 a.m.

The other pedestrian was also transported to a local hospital, but their injuries were deemed non-life-threatening.

The Baltimore County Police Department’s Crash Team is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
